Shipping and returns
Thank you so much for your interest in my work!
All of the paintings in my shop are my own originals. Each piece comes signed and dated on the back. Most paintings on canvas are still stretched on the stretcher, however larger paintings will be taken off the stretcher, protected with glassine paper, wrapped with plastic and shipped in a sturdy tube. Paintings still on the stretcher are wrapped in glassine paper, then with bubble wrap and sandwiched between 2 foam boards to protect it and then packaged in a sturdy cardboard box. Small paintings on paper are packaged in a cellophane sleeve with a rigid backing board and wrapped in bubble wrap. Large paper paintings are rolled between two sheets of glassine paper and shipped in a tube. Please let me know if you have any questions about packaging or shipping.
Orders ship once a week, however, sometimes due to my schedule this can vary. I work a full time day job and don’t always have the opportunity to get to the post office right away. Please know that I make every effort to ship out your package as quickly as possible. I will send you an email letting you know when I plan to have it shipped and you will get a confirmation and tracking number once it is on its way.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the package. For paintings larger than 16" x 20", there may be additional shipping charges depending on the size calculated and either billed or refunded once the painting is shipped. If you are a U.S. customer, you are responsible for any duties or import taxes.
If you need your package to be sent rush - please contact me immediately to make arrangements. Extra charges may apply and you will be billed once it has shipped.
If you choose to pickup from my studio in Burlington, please contact me after your purchase to arrange a date and time. Currently, I am only offering contactless pickup due to the pandemic restrictions.
I want to give you the best customer service possible, so if your order wasn't as you expected it or it arrives damaged, please get in touch with me right away so we can work out an exchange or return. If the item is not damaged upon arrival but you change your mind or its not right in your space, I will accept returns within 20 business days on the conditions that the item is packaged the same way it was sent to you and you cover the cost of the return shipping.
